Larry is a partner at Kinetic 12 Consulting, joining the firm in 2023. He has extensive food experience at the most senior leadership positions in retail and foodservice. Most recently and for a dozen years, Larry was President & CEO of the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association. Prior to holding this position, Larry held the roles of Chairman, and all senior leadership positions on the IFMA Board as a representative of the manufacturer community. His manufacturer leadership roles included the Schwan Food Company, Anchor Foods Appetizer Company, The Orval Kent Company, and Rich Products. In addition to these positions his expertise has been as a turnaround specialist and high growth leader.
Larry has served on many industry committees and boards including the National Restaurant Association, private equity advisory positions, and other cross industry committees. He is the first recipient of the IFMA Oberkfell Award, given to him by the IFMA Board of Directors for exemplary contribution to the industry. Larry has an MBA from St. Louis University and a BSBA in Marketing from The University of Missouri.
